BrewMDM is made by M7KNI Ltd. There is no support desk yet, because there is nothing released to support — but every address on this page is read by the people who build it, and you will get a person rather than a ticket number.

General enquiries

hello@brewmdm.app is the address for anything about BrewMDM itself: what it does, whether it would fit your fleet, when it ships, and what you would need from it before you would run it. Questions from people evaluating it for a team are the most useful mail we get at this stage, so do not hold off on the grounds that it is not released.

We answer in English, usually within a couple of working days. We are in the UK, so a message sent in the American afternoon is read the next morning.

Security reports

Send anything that looks like a vulnerability to security@m7kni.com, which is the address published in the security.txt for this domain and every other one we run. Please give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before publishing it. We do not run a paid bounty programme, and we will credit you by whatever name you ask for.

Press and analysts

Press enquiries also go to hello@brewmdm.app — put "press" in the subject line and it gets routed. We can supply the logo and product screenshots, and we would rather answer a question than have it guessed at.

Data protection

M7KNI Ltd is the data controller for this website. Requests about personal data — a copy of what we hold, correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent — go to hello@brewmdm.app and are answered within one month, free of charge. The privacy page sets out what is held and on what basis. If you are on the launch list and simply want off it, the unsubscribe link in any email we have sent you is one click and needs no message to us at all.
